Existing flooring is removed and the subfloor inspected, repaired, and leveled as needed. A sound, even subfloor is the foundation of a floor that stays quiet and flat.
Installation, transitions, and finishing
Each material is installed with attention to its requirements, from tile layout and grout joints to carpet seams and plank expansion gaps. Door casings, baseboards, thresholds, and transitions between materials are fitted for a clean, complete result.
Planning your project
Note which rooms you want to change, any squeaks, uneven areas, or water history, and how the new flooring should meet adjacent rooms and stairs. Furniture clearing, door trimming, material lead times, and whether work happens room by room or all at once affect the plan and the schedule.

Can new flooring go over what I have now?
Sometimes, but only when the existing surface is sound, level, and compatible with the new product. Removing the old floor usually gives a better, longer-lasting result and lets us check the subfloor.
Which flooring is best for basements or bathrooms?
Moisture-tolerant products such as luxury vinyl plank are commonly used where concrete, humidity, or splashes are part of the picture. The right choice depends on the conditions in the specific room, which we review together.
